Project Background
The client, located in the high-end community of The Forestias Northplot in Bangkok, Thailand, sought to create a visually iconic double-sided curved LED display in the heart of the Experience Zone. The display is designed for brand promotion and information broadcasting, aligning with the community’s core philosophy of harmonizing nature, architecture, and technology.
Fabulux Solution
Fabulux provided a customized Platinum Series P6.67 double-sided curved LED display solution, named “Clock Tower”, symbolizing an “eternal guardian of time.” Tailored to the architectural aesthetics and environmental conditions of the site, this project was successfully delivered through technical innovation and precision engineering, becoming a key visual highlight of The Forestias Experience Zone:
Custom Curved Structure
Utilized specially designed cabinets with varying curvature to accurately achieve the dual convex-concave arc shape, ensuring structural stability and visual consistency.
Front Maintenance Breakthrough
Faced with extremely limited installation space, the project adopted a front-access design. Fabulux’s R&D and engineering teams collaborated closely to overcome the challenges of balancing maintenance accessibility with structural protection.
Adaptation to Tropical Climate
Equipped with IP66 protection and high-efficiency heat dissipation, the display is engineered to perform reliably in extreme conditions including high temperatures, humidity, and heavy rainfall.
Material & Structural Optimization
Aluminum cabinets with enhanced thermal conductivity and reinforced fins significantly improve heat dissipation and extend the system’s operational lifespan.
Proven Environmental Durability
The product has passed rigorous environmental tests including salt spray and high-low temperature cycling, ensuring long-term stability and performance.
